3. Booking Policy

• All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by Shree Narayana (P) Guest House.
• A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in for all guests.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment (if required).

4. Check-In and Check-Out

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to seven days before the check-in date.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [e.g., 7–10 working days].

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Maintain cleanliness and avoid any damage to property;
• Not engage in any illegal or disruptive behaviour;
• Be respectful to staff and other occupants;
• Be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage caused during their stay.

Shree Narayana (P) Guest House reserves the right to evict any guest for violation of these responsibilities, without refund.

7. Smoking and Pets

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking apartments.
• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Shree Narayana (P) Guest House is not responsible for:
• Loss or damage of personal belongings;
• Any injury or incident occurring due to negligence by the guest;
• External service failures (power, internet, water supply, etc.).

We recommend guests use the safety lockers provided and carry insurance for valuables, where necessary.

9. Privacy

We value your privacy. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Force Majeure

Shree Narayana (P) Guest House shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic events, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design elements, are the intellectual property of Shree Narayana (P) Guest House and may not be used without written permission.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
